AIKIDO – A GENTLE YET POWERFUL MARTIAL ART

In this two hour class designed for newcomers as well as long time students of Aikido, we will explore the principles of Aikido in a “show and tell” experiential format. Come and learn how to “center” yourself and “join with” rather than “fight against” the aggressive energy of others. Discover how conflict can be utilized to build better relationships.
Charlie Badenhop (°New York) is a 4th degree black belt in Aikido and a certified teacher in Japan, where he has been studying and living for more than twenty years. He is a student of Koichi Tohei.
