If you’re reading this, you most likely want your life to be much more than a succession of stressful events and relationships you have to learn how to deal with.
You might currently consider stress an inevitable condition in your life. If you do, it’s not surprising – mass media and quite a few scientists would support your belief, and even ascribe a “stress potential” to each of the various circumstances and relationships you face on a daily basis. You’re led to believe the best you can hope for, is to not let stress get the best of you.
The good news we’d like to share with you is: you don’t have to spend your life fighting against the ravages of stress. By learning how to link the intelligence of your rational mind with the age old wisdom of your body, you’ll experience you already have all the resources you need to live a satisfying personal and professional life.
You can REGISTER NOW, or read more about the series, or contact Charlie directly for further clarification of any questions you might have.

• I feel overly tired, I’m unable to recharge my batteries and I’m realizing I don’t know how to deal with conflict and uncertainly
• I’m always busy but nothing much gets done
• I have trouble concentrating, and focusing
• I want to stop and slow down, but I don’t know how
• I often feel tense, nervous, anxious, or depressed
• I’ve lost confidence in myself
• I have problems sleeping
• I have recurrent headaches, or minor aches and pains
• Worry seems to follow me around, no matter where I go, and what I’m doing.
Recent research suggests that 80% of all illness and disease are stress-related, and 2/3 of all visits to a family physician stem from stress.
The effects of stress can show up in every aspect of your daily life. When you’re stressed, you feel out of sorts emotionally, your immune system is compromised, your ability to work with focus and clarity is lessened, and your important relationships with others wind up suffering significantly. Eventually, chronic stress makes it difficult to enjoy even the lighter moments in life.
Wouldn’t you enjoy life and your relationships a great deal more if you felt like you had a way to deal with stress?
Most people tend to look at events and relationships as the source of stress, but in fact stress is caused by our reaction to events and relationships. Over time, our reactions turn into habitual bodily responses that occur without our conscious direction.
In Seishindo we look to regain control of our body, so we can choose how we respond to life’s many challenges.
Rather than learning how to ‘think’ differently, you learn how to tap into the intelligence of your body-mind and emotions. Step by step, the more you learn to tune into the language of your body, the better able you’ll be to deal with stress, and live a happy healthy life.
We’ll explore the Seishindo Body-Mind Model:
* Step One: Uncover the behaviours, thought patterns, and body language that lead to stress, and those that lead to inner peace.
* Step Two: Engage in mind-body practices to better manage your emotional state and sense of health and well-being.
* Step Three: Clarify how you can take responsibility for creating the life you desire.
The way you use your body, breathe, and move has a major impact on how you feel. Understanding the subtle yet powerful communication of body language, allows you to stress less and relax more! The key is to link the intelligence of your rational mind with the age old wisdom of your body.
MP3 audio recordings of each class
In order to help you extend and better integrate your learning experience we send you an mp3 audio recording of each class. You can play these recordings on your computer and go back and listen to interesting topics or discussions that you would like to hear a second or third time.
Knowing each class is recorded means you can spend more time absorbing the classes and less time taking notes.
Beyond adding to your learning experience, these recordings represent a savings of at least $100, were you to buy similar mp3’s separately.
What is Seishindo?
This telecourse is based upon Seishindo – a human potential discipline developed by Charlie Badenhop. Seishindo is designed to help you live in an emotionally balanced, life-affirming manner; to more consistently live with enthusiasm, compassion, and a sense of truly belonging in the world.
Seishindo is a Japanese term which can be said to mean “the cultivation of a pure heart and simple mind” or “the cultivation of the whole self.” When you study Seishindo you are invited to enter into a fuller relationship with your body, to become more aware of your surroundings, and to experience the connection that you have to all of life.
The principles, practices, and techniques of Seishindo have been distilled from Charlie’s years of study in various fields. Charlie is a fourth degree black belt and licensed instructor of Aikido in Japan, a certified trainer in NLP and Ericksonian Hypnosis, and a long time student of the Japanese healing art of sei tai, Self-relations therapy, Gestalt therapy, and Yoga. He has been living, working, and studying in Japan for more than twenty years. Charlie’s classes are known for their magic, depth of experience, and celebration of life.
Study Seishindo and empower yourself to engage the world with greater enthusiasm, compassion, and creativity.
The Seishindo Community
By engaging in Seishindo teleclasses you will join a supportive community of private individuals and professionals who have the desire to cultivate a life of clarity, compassion, and creativity. You’ll find you are warmly welcomed, and that you are free to work at your own pace, in your own comfort zone.
What we will ask from you, is a commitment to engage in our teleclasses with an open and curious mind. We invite you to become an active participant in understanding and determining how it is you learn best, how it is you structure your unique model of the world, and how you can become more solution oriented and open to change. The purpose of the teleclasses is to inspire, support, clarify, and expand upon all that your heart knows to be true. It will be your task (with our full support) to take the lead role in achieving the results you desire.
What is a teleclass?
A teleclass is a class that takes place over the phone. You don’t need a computer, just your phone. You will call into a special number, which will land you in a “waiting room” where you enter in an access code, which allows you entry into our teleclass meeting room. Very simple to use.
Each teleclass will include:
* Check in (brief hellos and updates from each participant)
* Presentation of background theory – To help orient you to each class.
* Facilitation (I will facilitate “an embodied conversation” with two participants during each class.)
* Debrief and Feedback (When I help facilitate one person, most everyone in the group will gain some insights. Feedback is an opportunity for members of the group to share what they have learned from the facilitation.)
* Lead in – To prepare you for the next class.
Is there a money back guarantee?
Your satisfaction with our telecourse is of utmost importance to us. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we will quickly refund the unused portion of your tuition.
What does it cost to use our teleconferencing system?
There is no extra charge on our end. Depending on your phone plan, you may incur regular long distance charges.
