About Charlie’s classes
Charlie’s NLP and Self Hypnosis classes focus on learning how to enter into a dynamically aware and relaxed state, in order to become more solution oriented and emotionally balanced. The classes will prove quite helpful if you are wanting to create meaningful change in your life, by entering into an emotionally balanced state of relaxation and heightened awareness. The classes are excellent for those wanting to learn how to achieve generative states of self hypnosis.
If you would like to lose some weight, reduce your level of stress, sleep better, or simply become more alive in your everyday life, then you should find these classes to be highly beneficial. The classes are based on the extended courses Charlie is leading in the US and Europe. The material presented and the experience offered, should benefit you both personally and professionally.
We use “Somatic Intelligence” and the Seishindo Model as our main way of approaching all that we do. The Seishindo Model is based mainly on the theories and practices of Aikido, Ericksonian Psychology, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Noguchi Sei Tai. No previous experience is necessary.
