The Seishindo Total Intelligence Life Coaching Program

This program, tailored to the needs of your organization or group, is available upon request.

Please check all of our upcoming workshops, because each one of our public programs can help you improve your coaching skills. In any seminar we give, you will meet experienced coaches and consultants, newcomers to the field, and people just beginning to consider coaching and consulting as a career.

If you would like to become a coach, or if you would like to improve the coaching skills that you already possess, then you should find this workshop educational, entertaining, and thought provoking.
To prosper, organizations must cultivate and rely on the intellect, intuition, teamwork, and peer leadership skills of the entire work force. Coaching people on how to learn, make decisions, be creative, and work as a team member, is thus a vital position to fulfill in today's business world.
The position of Coach within organizations is being recognized as much more than just a fad. Organizations are understanding the importance of having a professionally trained person take on the responsibility of helping

others to learn, evolve, adapt, and transform. Coaches can assist an entire organization in becoming more intelligent, humane, and action oriented, by helping individuals express more of their potential.

In Seishindo Life Coaching, we use sophisticated mind/body approaches to help people transform the way they think, feel, respond, and create. We ensure that clients improve their productivity, deepen their sense of well-being, and increase their value to others.
Seishindo Life Coaching focuses on whole person learning. If a person is going to make important contributions, they need to use all of the skills, talents, and abilities they've got intellect, passion, mindbody mastery, relational influence, creativity, to name a few.

Seishindo Life Coaching helps people use special learning states to achieve vastly greater and more satisfying results in their work and personal lives. Seishindo Coaching draws from multiple disciplines: Aikido, psychotherapy, ontological coaching, modern mind-body research and methods, applied strategic thinking, and somatic intelligence. We help participants identify both what is holding them back hidden beliefs, rigid mind-body sets, self-defeating patterns as well as their generative core (their greatest gifts, resources, skills). We then use sophisticated technologies to help people achieve their goals.
This workshop is an ongoing exploration into the foundations of a successful coaching program, and the traits and skills of a successful coach.

Newcomers to this work as well as those returning in order to deepen their previous experience will learn how to:

Cultivate intuition or "unconscious knowing" and teach others to do the same.
Relax, focus, and commit with passion, to the future that you help create.
Focus on strengths and potentials, rather than on overcoming weaknesses.
Recognize and utilize the subtle nonverbal cues in a person's communication.
Access "special learning states" to succeed and flourish.
Help your colleagues overcome internal barriers to taking positive action.
Cultivate mind-body practices to rouse the wisdom of your somatic intelligence.
Design coaching practices that enable people to engage in new behaviors that
    facilitate achieving authentically desired outcomes.

Charlie's workshops are highly improvisational in nature, with each seminar being tailored to the needs and desires expressed by the audience. His work is known for its magic, depth of experience, and celebration of life.

He weaves together theory, poetry, music, practical applications, and a clear sense of reconnecting to one's core identity. You are invited to enter into an austere theater of everyday life. Please come and experience, in a supportive community -
