Arati Co. Ltd.: Our Work With Organizations
Engage the world with greater enthusiasm, compassion,
and creativity
In our work with organizations
we help you to:
Understand how your
organization structures its model of the world. The adoption of different
models and beliefs, and fuller awareness and appreciation of human dynamics,
can lead to greater success, a healthier more humane workplace, and higher
quality relationships.
Experience each
individual within an organization as intelligent and motivated.
Create an environment
that fosters respectful differences of opinion so that pent up energy
within the system can be converted into fuel for change.
Develop self-organizing
systems that harvest intelligence and transform it into actionable, generative
outcomes, while concurrently supporting each individual within the system.
Appreciate the needs,
dreams, and desires of your customers, employees, and associates, and
understand how to create the relationships, products, and messages, that
will motivate people to respond and be committed.
Empower and support
all within your organization to create and fully commit to the business
life they long for.
Develop creative
processes for brainstorming, product design, and conflict resolution.
Create the organizational
culture and people processes to support the dignity, health, well being,

Background
Arati was established in 1984 by its president, Charlie Badenhop. Mr.
Badenhop is the originator of Seishindo, a discipline designed to inspire
and support human potential and well being in individuals and organizations.
The theoretical framework for Seishindo is based upon a comprehensive
study of Western psychology, cybernetics, the Japanese arts of Aikido,
and sei tai and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP). The practical
foundation for Aratis work rests upon Mr. Badenhops twenty
seven years of business and consulting experience, which includes eighteen
years spent in Japanese and other Asian business circles.
Arati actively collaborates with a core team of associates in the U.S.,
Belgium, Russia, and Japan. The combined experience of this consulting
consortium stretches across a wide range of business ventures and expertise.
The groups work includes complex and multifaceted consulting contracts
for business, government, and non-profit organizations, as well as considerable
work with smaller organizations.
Above all, Arati is both a team player and a team manager. We strongly
believe in the synergy and power of people working together in a harmonious
group environment. As such, rather than considering ourselves to be experts
in specific areas of organizational development, we strive to formulate
and manage the best possible coalition of consultants and client personnel.
We believe there is greater value in knowing how to ask the right questions,
than there is in having all the right answers.
