To try for yourself….
Life today moves fast.
If you’re not mindful, you’ll find it’s a pace that promotes stress, frustration, sadness in your relationships, chronic pain, and dis-ease.
Seishindo practices are designed to…
Help you slow down, recover your sense of flow, and find rejuvenation. They give you an opportunity to experience your life from a heartfelt perspective.
Seishindo practices are gentle activities to help you become more aware, perceptive, and attuned to your experience in this moment. They’re based on many years of studying disciplines such as Aikido, Noguchi Sei Tai, Tai Chi, yoga, hypnosis and self-hypnosis, Feldenkrais, Alexander Technique, and various meditation and breathing practices.
I’ve written the practice descriptions as simply and clearly as possible, presenting them as an introduction to what Seishindo has to offer. However, many people find they do best when they engage with the practices with some support and guidance. If, after you try these half-dozen that I feel are the most powerful and most universally applicable, you would like to explore additional practices and other aspects of Seishindo, then I invite you to contact me to schedule a consultation.
When your in-the-moment experience of life is your teacher, you’ll find you’re better able to adjust your body, your lifestyle, and your emotional state – and reduce stress, pain, and dis-ease in your system.
