Music

On the page is a list of the CD’s Charlie initially used most often in his seminars. Many of the CD’s he uses when teaching are compilation CD’s. Three pieces from one album, two from another, and four from a third album, so what you buy, will likely not be exactly what you heard with us. Nonetheless, all of the CD’s listed here are important to our work and well worth buying. This listing was made some time around 2004. Charlie’s music selections have grown a lot since then, but this is the initial selection that got us started.

Time to update the music selections and include some more recent ones! Maybe some of us in the Seishindo community could offer some of our own favorites, including the songs that lift our spirits, facilitate our meditation, energize our workouts, ease our sorrow and spice up our romances! I am starting to compile my list and challenge some of you to do the same!

I had the privilege to be part of the first seminars where this list of music got introduced. These days I’m using a lot of classical music, especially Bach. I find the baroque music very suitable in the stress and/or pain coaching work that I do with clients.

Bach always makes my spirit soar a little closer to Heaven! Marleen I love the musical selections that you and Charlie embraced back then!
