“Structure, Movement and Flow”

When the structure of your body is balanced, and your Mind is actively "not thinking" you enter into a flow state of Embodied Presence. Your thoughts, feelings, and actions occur simultaneously and spontaneously. Nothing comes between your thoughts and your actions, and everything is just as it should be. Not too much, and not too little, but rather a sense of pleasing fullness and great potential.
