Have you ever noticed how your intellect often plays an inconsequential
role in determining the quality of your emotional life? Like when
you try to tell yourself you "shouldn't" be feeling
rejected and angry, or when you "swear" that you are
going to stop smoking or go on a diet. Well indeed, as your everyday
experience often shows, the domain of intellect and the domain
of emotion reside on two separate islands. No matter how much
your rational mind thinks you "should" do something,
you will not accomplish your goal without the consent of your
limbic brain and your somatic intelligence. Such is the life of
human beings. We have intellect AND emotions, but we often struggle
to integrate the two.
In this workshop you will explore how to:
- Make more "sense" out of your emotions
- Release and dissolve your fears
- Rekindle your tenderness
- Bring a greater sense of respect and empowerment into your
life
- Feel greater confidence in entering into loving, supportive
relationships
- Come to recognize and identify with, The Wisdom of Love
Profoundly change the way you perceive and appreciate:
Your self—The people you are in relationship with—The life challenges
you face.
As an individual wanting more from your life,
or a trained professional wanting to add to your current professional
skills, learn how to:
- Release excess emotional energy trapped in the body (be it
pain, sorrow, anger, or fear) and transmute this energy into
a loving presence that you share with the world
- Awaken to and acknowledge your dignity, dreams, and desires,
so you can fully commit to the life you long for
- Cultivate your center, and compassionately share your love
and power with others
- Live your life and share your skills, with a greater sense
of kindness, and vitality
- Comprehend the language of emotion
- Work wisely with core issues such as deteriorating health,
a general sense of well-being, destructive habit patterns, and
strained personal relationships
Engage the world with greater enthusiasm, compassion,
and sensitivity.
Live your life with a sense of well-being and
gracious dignity.
What others have said about Seishindo workshops
As a coach to senior executives, I need ways to work deeply with
people who are skeptical about anything non-linear. Charlie combines
in-depth understanding with practical methods. His insight and
intuition make him a master. Better still, unlike many masters,
he is as unpretentious about himself as he is generous with his
knowledge. As a learner, I feel safe to be exactly who I am, because
Charlie is so straightforward about his humanity.
Steve Levin, organizational development
consultant and executive coach
As a consultant, trainer, and coach in communication and leadership
Charlie has offered me a variety of tools and experiences that
go much further than what I had already learned as an NLP trainer
and breathworker. His workshops are excellent, and his approach
to coaching has made a major change in my personal life as well
as helping me to enrich the lives of my clients.
Danielle De Wilde, Consultant, Trainer,
and Coach
"The Seishindo workshop "Simple Mind Pure Heart"
was the most profound and extraordinary workshop that I have ever
attended. Profound because of the miraculous changes that have
occurred in me and extraordinary because of the unique methods
used to generate those changes."
Angela Scherma;
Australia
"Charlie Badenhop is an extraordinary man. His work offers
great insights into the unity of mind and body in clear, simple
language that is immediately graspable and at the same time shatters
any rigid conceptions one might be holding. I experience Charlie
as a deeply honest, direct, open, powerful, and humble man. He
is both an unforgettable character, and a real inspiration to
me."
